Homework

I wanna read, and draw, and paint
I want to play and build and bake
But what's in the way?
Homework. No play
Homework’s just here to ruin your day
Though teachers may like it all kids will say
Homework is a big waste of time please none today.
Homework is a big waste of the brain.
Surely nothing good can come out of that thing
But alas! The teachers do not understand
So instead we must do all the homework they planned.
